Why is sound only playing in one ear?
If you hear sound from only one side, try the following:
- Make sure both hearables are connected to your device
- Check that the Zohn-1 is not connected to multiple devices at the same time
- Disconnect from other devices and reconnect to your preferred device
- Place both hearables back in the case, then remove them again to re-sync
