Why is sound only playing from one Zohn 2 earphone, or why is one side quieter?

Check that both earphones have battery and are connected.

If one side sounds quieter, check the fit and seal and try a different ear-tip size if needed.

Place both earphones back in the charging case, then remove them and reconnect Zohn 2.

If the issue continues, reset Zohn 2 to factory settings. See “How do I reset Zohn 2?”
