What should I do if the touch controls are not responding correctly?

If the touch controls are not responding as expected, try resetting the hearables: 

1. Place both hearables in the charging case 
2. Hold the button on top of the case for 10 seconds. (The LEDs will light up one by one - you can count them to time it.) 
3. Remove them and reconnect to your device 

This process helps recalibrate the touch sensors.
