What should I do if the touch controls are not responding?

Make sure you are touching the logo plate where the controls are located.

Place both earphones back in the charging case, then remove them and try the controls again.

If the issue continues, reset Zohn 2 to factory settings. See “How do I reset Zohn 2?”
