What should I do if my Zohn-1 doesn’t connect to the Breggz app?
If your Zohn-1 does not connect to the Breggz app, try the following steps:
- Place both hearables in the charging case and close the lid for a few seconds
- Restart the Breggz app
- Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and remove (“forget”) the Zohn-1
- Reopen the app and follow the pairing steps again
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and your hearables are charged.
