What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

The product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, documentation and protective materials included.

You may open and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, or is returned incomplete or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Used ear tips and other unsealed hygiene-sensitive components may not be refundable, although the main product may still be eligible for return.

Products bought from an authorised retailer or another website must be returned to the original place of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
