What is the Zohn 2 warranty and what does it cover?

Zohn 2 comes with a two-year limited warranty for the original retail purchaser.

The Breggz limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including battery defects during the warranty period. Zohn 2 batteries are designed to retain at least 80% of their original capacity after 300 full charge cycles under normal use. If battery capacity falls below that level within the warranty period, it is covered.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, cosmetic damage, unauthorised modification or repair, incompatible third-party accessories, liquid damage beyond Zohn 2’s IPX4 rating, consumable items such as ear tips, altered serial numbers or claims without proof of purchase.
