One of my Zohn-1 hearables isn’t working. What should I do?

No worries! Try the following steps to reconnect your Breggz Zohn-1 hearables: 

  • Put the working earbud in your ear. 
  • Hold the non-working earbud close to the working one. 
  • Wait a few seconds - they should automatically reconnect. 

If that doesn't work, try a manual reset. Just like with any computer, the software or firmware of the Zohn-1 in-ear computers may occasionally need a reset to restore full functionality. 

A hard reset usually resolves any glitches quickly, so your hearables can function normally again. 

Follow these steps for the hard reset steps: 

  • Place both Zohn-1 hearables in the charging case. 
  • Close the case 
  • Hold the button on top of the case for 10 seconds.(The LEDs will light up one by one - you can count them to time it.) 
  • Release the button. The LEDs will blink counterclockwise - this means the reset worked. 
  • Wait 3 seconds, then take the hearables out and try again. 
Tip for better syncing between hearables: 
  • Take out the left hearable first, wait 5 seconds, then take out the right one - or vice versa. This can help the connection between them re-establish smoothly.
