I did not receive my order confirmation. What should I do?

Order confirmations are sent by email after your order has been successfully placed.

First, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you are looking at the email address used during checkout.

If you still cannot find the confirmation, contact support@breggz.com with your name and the email address used for the order. We can check whether the order was received and resend the confirmation if needed.

If you were charged but did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us so we can check the order status.
