I can't connect my Breggz Zohn-1 to my device (for the first time)

Reset your Breggz Zohn-1 hearable: 

Step 1: 

• Place both Zohn-1 hearables into the charger case and close the doors. 

• Press and hold the charger case button for 10 full seconds. 

• The LED indicator lights around the charger button will light up one by one to help you count the seconds. 

• Release the button after the full 10 seconds. 

• You'll see all the LED's flash in a counterclockwise pattern around the button, completing one full round. This confirms that the reset sequence has been successfully initiated.  
• Wait at least 3 seconds, then remove your Zohn-1 hearable from the case. 

Step 2: 

• Press the charger button 1 second to wake up the hearables (shows white led light). 

• Then open and take out the hearables and they should connect while showing an orange led light.
