How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

For a UK or EEA statutory withdrawal, reimbursement will be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Returns made under our extended 30-day return policy are processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection.

Your bank or payment provider may then take up to 10 additional business days to show the funds in your account.
