How can I track my order?

Shipping & delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. You can use this number on the FedEx website or app to monitor your shipment in real-time. 

For Pre-Orders, we will contact you one week before dispatch with an update on delivery and timings. 

For in-stock orders, orders will be dispatched within one working day. 

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 1-3 business days 
• North America: 2-4 business days 
• Asia: 2-5 business days 
• Rest of the world: 3-7 business days
