How can I return my order?

At Breggz, we aim to provide our customers with the best experience possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below. 

 1. Eligibility for refunds 

    • Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

 2. Defective or damaged products 

    • If your product arrives defective or is damaged during shipping:
      Contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@breggz.com
    • Provide details of the defect or damage, including photos. 
    • Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, as appropriate. 

3. How to request are fund 

    • To request a refund, please email us at support@breggz.com with your order number, reason for the return, and proof of purchase. 
    • Once your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product. 

4. Return shipping 

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

5. Processing your refund 

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. 

6. Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at support@breggz.com. 

 7. Non-refundable items 

    • Custom-made products.
    • Gift cards. 

 8. Late or missing refunds 

    • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
    • If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@breggz.com.
