Can I return an opened product?

Yes. You may open and inspect the product as you would in a shop.

Please handle it carefully and return it with all original packaging, accessories, documentation and protective materials.

If the product has been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, or is returned incomplete or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Used ear tips and other unsealed hygiene-sensitive components may not be refundable, although the main product may still be eligible for return.
