How do I place my hearables correctly in the charger (left/right)?

How to recognize the right and left hearable:
To identify which hearable is which, hold it in your hand with the eartip facing downward and the faceplate with the breggz logo pointing outward. In this position, the shape will naturally indicate whether it’s the left or right hearable, the curve will align with the correct ear.

To place your earbuds correctly in the charger, use the following tips:

• Check the labels: the charger is marked with L (left) and R (right) to indicate where each hearable should go.

• High tree / low tree: when you open the charger and look at the trees where the hearables are placed and charged, you’ll notice that one is slightly higher than the other. This helps you remember their placement: the higher tree corresponds to the right (R) hearable, and the lower tree corresponds to the left (L) hearable.

• Use the USB-C port as a reference: the USB-C charging port is always located on the side of the right (R) earbud.
