Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your DHL express tracking number. You can use this number on the DHL website or app to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Each breggz product is crafted to your unique specifications. As a result, our production process typically takes 20–25 business days. Once complete, your custom in-ear hearable will be securely packaged and handed over to DHL express for fast and reliable delivery.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 1–3 business days

• North America: 2–4 business days

• Asia: 2–5 business days

• Rest of the world: 3–7 business days
